Job Description:
The Vice President, Payor Business Development is part of the Integra Connect’s go-to-market team leading efforts to secure contracts with payers to deliver value-based care support services. Responsible and accountable for planning, qualifying, obtaining, and managing sales opportunities to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
Responsibilities:
- Completes and implements strategic sales plan; analyzes trends and results of implementation and adjusts plan accordingly
- Identifies prospective payers, evaluates their position in the industry and positions our products and brand to meet their needs
- Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Effectively lead coordinated sales approach and activities with Integra Connect senior leadership and other internal resources.
- Maintains relationships by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending product and service improvements
- Manages sales pipeline activity through SalesForce.com and provides updated reporting on a regular basis
- Represents Company and its brand professionally and credibly in the marketplace
- Keeps abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape; interprets information to develop strategies and tactics to respond to changes in the marketplace
- Defines and refines sales process to ensure consistency and scalability
- Provides other skills and services as required to meet the strategic and operational objectives of the company
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 10+ years’ experience selling to payers
- Strong network and portfolio within the payor landscape
- Proven ability to build, maintain and measure a balanced sales pipeline
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Ability to professionally and effectively interact with internal and external C-suite leadership
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation skills
- Strong computer skills including the ability to effectively utilize and navigate Salesforce.com
- Ability to travel up to 75% nation-wide
