Job Description:

The Senior Data Support Analyst is the third level of service support and escalation for the IntegraCloud product support desk. The goal of Data Support Escalation is to resolve priority tickets and complete root cause analysis. This role understands the time sensitivity and urgency that must be paid when handling interruptions in service for clients. In this role you will have the opportunity to interact with diverse client environments, systems, and technologies.  This role will work hand-in-hand with clients and internal stakeholders to analyze, troubleshoot, resolve or triage issues to support clients through the adoption of value-based, precision medicine efforts across the care continuum.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and manages existing tools and dashboards
  • Manages and coordinates urgent and complicated support issues
  • Act as an escalation point for all requests and incidents
  • Troubleshooting the reporting database environment
  • Monitor escalated issues and communicate to Leadership accordingly
  • Works with stakeholders to assess potential risks
  • Work to make Salesforce the single source of truth and service delivery channel for all client reported issues
  • Interact with external customers and internal stakeholders to triage escalated issues

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years’ experience in Information technology Software
  • BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Sciences, Business or related work experience/certification
  • Experience in Healthcare IT and supporting clinical applications is required
  • Knowledge of SQL and Snowflake is desirable
  • Ability to run SQL queries and analyze the data is required
  • Strong documentation skills, i.e., requirements, steps to reproduce, issue resolutions, knowledge base and training documentation, etc.
  • Strong general technical IT support knowledge in a pc-based environment
  • Strong communication skills, a demonstrated ability to effectively lead and communicate with customers and staff across all levels and departments, including non-technical staff
  • Able to multi-task without sacrificing attention to detail or efficiency of work production
  • Strength in the data visualization process
