Job Description:

This person will be responsible for calling patients to inform them of their balance, and any billing questions.

Responsibilities:

  • Must understand billing and how to read an EOB to help explain to the patient why they owe a balance
  • Must be responsible for receiving payments from patients, or put them on a monthly plan.
  • Must be responsible for collecting money from patients in a timely manner
  • Must be responsible for sending patients to collections when necessary

Qualifications:

  • Must have experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
  • Must have customer service experience
  • Must be able to read EOB’s
  • Must be comfortable and be able to work from home
