Job Description:

The Salesforce Administrator/Developer is responsible for the development, administration, and maintenance of our enterprise Salesforce solutions. The position will partner with stakeholders to design, develop, test, and deploy solutions including point-click configuration, custom code, interfaces, and system integrations. Additionally, the position will assist in providing support to end users with daily tasks and manage access to the system as appropriate.


  • Assist with Salesforce user administration including user creation, deactivation, and security changes.
  • Developing, maintaining, and redesigning new and existing Salesforce functionality using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flow.
  • Familiarization with our Salesforce implementations to understand existing configuration in relation to operational processes.
  • Engaging with business stakeholders to gather & analyze requirements and propose solutions that leverage Salesforce functionality.
  • Managing expectations and communication with key project stakeholders as well as team members throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ongoing collaboration with your team to share knowledge, context, and solution ideas.
  • Remaining current on new Salesforce features and functionality.
  • Providing recommendations for process improvements, building new functionalities, and rolling out new features.
  • Assisting in maintaining of user roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, encryption policies, and transaction security policies.
  • Follow and enhance our Salesforce devops process for configuration, customization, and deployments.
  • Assist in the implementation of the Salesforce program version control process and follow best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing and data integrity.


  • Position requires relevant work experience in systems analysis/design and 2+ years of direct Salesforce administration/development experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including but not limited to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Salesforce implementation project management experience preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on Salesforce experience in an administrator or developer role.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience developing applications using technologies (Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, IDE, Salesforce DX, Web Services API, etc.).
  • Hands on experience using GIT, Workbench, Data Loader.
  • Experience with ETL tools (Jitterbit preferred).
  • Salesforce Developer I Certification.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding and experience with project management best practices in both waterfall and Agile frameworks.
