Job Description:

The Project Manager is responsible for delivery of complex business and IT projects. The Project Manager will understand complex concepts and be able to manage business leads, clients, IT professionals, and other resources to support both business process and IT projects. The Project Manager will be a key liaison between the PMO, IT, business leaders, and clients. The Project Manager is expected to follow Project Management best practices and methodologies.


  • Manage multiple client projects, serving as the primary point of contact both internally and externally.
  • Liaises between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, customers and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are communicated.
  • Ensuring project methodologies, project delivery processes, and implementation processes are followed. This includes leading and driving project timeline, risk and issue management, and scope change management.
  • Developing, coordinating, and executing project plans, task schedules, and resource activities to ensure on-time and effective project delivery.
  • Plans and facilitates project meetings to align the project team to methods and goals and to track project tasks.
  • Monitoring key metrics throughout the project lifecycle (Scope, Budget, Risk, Resources, and Schedule) and providing detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
  • Providing accurate and timely communication to key stakeholders and leadership on project progress, challenges, and recommendations.


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of project management experience (PMP certification preferred) on software development projects.
  • Experience with Atlassian suite of tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
  • Solid experience with Agile/Scrum based SDLCs.
  • Experience with various project delivery processes including Waterfall, SAFe/Agile, Scrum, SDLC, Lean a plus.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with management teams, staff, and internal and external customers.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.
  • Technical background/experience in software development or implementation of products.
  • Ability to travel 10%
