Job Description:

The Practice Enterprise Sales Executive is part of the Integra Connect’s go-to-market team. The Practice Sales Representative will demonstrate strong product knowledge and be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging prospective specialty physician practice clients, converting prospects into clients.


  • Present, promote and sell Integra Connect products/services using consultative sales skills into specialty physician practices
  • Identify new business leads
  • Schedule and complete sales calls with prospective clients
  • Create client proposals and ensure proper approvals
  • Manage the sales pipeline and accuracy of reports across all stages, from lead generation to close
  • Provide account management responsibility for current clients including managing regular status meetings and supporting client implementations
  • Expedite the resolution of client problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Provide regular sales updates via SFDC management


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 7+ years’ experience selling software enterprise solutions in the healthcare space, preferably in oncology
  • Strong “hunter” sales skills
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex solutions effectively
  • Executive presence and proven ability to have frank and engaging discussions with the C-suite of specialty practices
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills using those skills to write, develop and present written proposals and presentations
  • Ability to perform, operate, and realize goals independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to operate and be successful in a cross-functional, fast paced environment
  • A deep understanding and commitment to compliance, regulatory and legal requirements
  • Ability to travel up to 75% regionally
