Job Description:
The Network Manager is part of the Integra Connect’s go-to-market team leading the provider aggregation efforts in a defined geography aiming to drive success with the Integra Connect’s value-based care programs. The Provider Network Manager will call on providers from all care settings (community/private practice, integrated health systems, academic medical centers, etc.), to expand the success of Integra Connect’s provider network.
Responsibilities:
- Develops an oncology provider network through relationship development, contracting & negotiations
- Acts as the communications liaison between providers and company resources during the contracting process
- Recruits providers to ensure attainment of network expansion
- Cross-sells and generates leads for additional products and services
- Ensures resolution of escalated issues related, but not limited to, claims payment, contract interpretation and parameters, or accuracy of provider contract or demographic information
- Manages contract performance and supports the development and implementation of value-based contract relationships in support of business strategies
- May optimize interaction with assigned providers and internal business partners to manage relationships to ensure provider needs are met
- Collaborates cross-functionally to manage provider compensation and pricing development activities, submission of contractual information, and the review and analysis of reports as part of negotiation and reimbursement modeling activities
- Responsible for identifying and managing cost issues and initiating appropriate cost saving initiatives and/or settlement activities
- Serves as SME for less experienced team members and internal partners
- Assists with the design, development, management, and or implementation of strategic network configurations and integration activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3+ years’ experience selling payor solutions to provider offices
- Strong understanding of payer provider networks and value based-care programs
- Strong account management experience
- Demonstrated ability to strengthen and grow business withing accounts
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong computer skills including the ability to effectively utilize and navigate Salesforce.com
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills using those skills to write, develop and present written proposals and presentations
- Ability to travel up to 50% regionally
