Job Description:

The Compliance Manager’s role will be to support Integra Connect’s Legal & Compliance Department by managing projects and initiatives for the department. This position will manage department-wide operations and provide overall departmental support. This role is critical to the direction and functionality of the Legal & Compliance Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and communicate priorities, projects, and tasks to the legal and compliance team
  • Work across and with various business units on behalf of the Compliance Department
  • Assist with coordination, implementation, and evaluation of compliance initiatives by driving compliance projects and initiatives to completion
  • Design PowerPoint presentation decks that may be utilized with senior management and executives, including the Executive Compliance Committee
  • regarding compliance
  • Assist in overseeing policy management system to ensure company policies and SOPs are input and updated on a regular cadence
  • Deploy and track compliance education modules and other compliance training activities
  • Regularly communicate within the organization regarding key compliance topics and issues
  • Assist in routine compliance auditing and monitoring as necessary
  • When requested, assist in conduct of internal investigations
  • Ensure compliance documentation is correct and updated, including inputting and tracking internal inquiries received by Compliance Department utilizing the Salesforce system
  • Regularly collaborate with other members of the Compliance Department on compliance initiative as requested
  • Serve as a resource for employees across the organization to obtain accurate information Assist in basic contracts management activities within Salesforce as requested
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage projects, including effectively working with others.
  • Strong judgment, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Strong skills in PowerPoint preferred
  • Salesforce experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive material and exercise good judgement in such
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance issues strongly preferred, and an understanding of key healthcare laws and regulations is a plus
