Job Description:

As the Head of the Integra Cloud business unit reporting to the CEO, the CTO provides the vision and oversight of the development of Integra Connect’s portfolio of customer facing technology applications and products. The CTO must ensure execution of product design in partnership with product management to meet company objectives while partnering with management & internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards. The CTO owns the Cloud business unit P&L, makes business decisions for the business unit, and fosters consensus at all levels of the organization to ensure the achievement of objectives. 

Responsibilities:

  • Leads the architecture and engineering teams responsible for developing Integra Connect’s portfolio of customer applications and product to include the Electronic Health Records (EHR), Data & Analytics Platform along with analytics products for the Population Health and Precision Q businesses (industry-facing analytics and HEOR). Additionally, the CTO will oversee the development and maintenance of Integra Connect’s RCM Billing Software.
  • Participates as a member of the Executive Staff team in the development and ongoing review of Integra’s strategic plans, budgets, operating plans, and policies.
  • Authority for overall strategy, execution and management of product architecture, engineering, and development operations for the company.
  • Makes decisions on technologies and services utilized by engineering & QA teams.
  • Critical member on the Compliance Committee responsible for technology policy development, coordination, implementation and enforcement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent education and related training
  • 10+ years’ experience as a technology executive leading product engineering teams with a track record of successfully bringing an industry leading enterprise SaaS product to market.  Preferably with experience in a healthcare related industry.
  • Able to challenge technology teams due to a deep engineering and architecture background.
  • Experience with Cloud infrastructure and security (preferably Azure), DevOps, analytics, networks, firewalls, Endpoint Protection (preferably McAfee), Vulnerability Management (preferably Nessus), Log Management (preferably Splunk), Patch Management, and Active Directory. 
  • Experience collaborating and influencing peers and executive decision makes to balance operational needs with security and compliance requirements to deliver positive business outcomes.
  • Experience with building products that use big data to deliver actionable insights and analytics solutions, as well as commercial transactional SaaS applications that are mission critical in nature.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence and Analytics strategy development and implementation using technologies (Power BI, Tableau) to deliver positive business outcomes.
