Job Description:

The Cash Control Representative will set up and distribute of posting batches. They will run weekly reports of un-reconciliation figures for each location. They will work closely with front end office staff on discrepancies (missing or un-reconcile items). They will track and balance payment posted into our PM Systems vs., deposits. They will work closely with offices that currently have a higher level of un-reconcile items to provide guidance. They will monitor new locations Cash Control Package and report discrepancies to management. They will assist/ train new locations with Cash Control Package as needed. They will promote an image of high quality department through expertise and responsiveness. They will notify management of trends identified. They will produce reports for management as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Basic computer (Windows 95), Microsoft Office, Excel and Word knowledge is required
  • Typing is required
  • Good Organizational skills are required
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to work 8 hours per day M-F, occasional overtime when needed
  • Ability to work independently yet also be part of the team
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Ability to submit necessary reports in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in writing
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to focus and successfully meet monthly or quarterly goals set by Management
  • Tracking and distributing receipts and books to Office Financial Manager
  • Tracking and balancing incoming funds with the Daily Balance Sheet
  • Logging Electronic Funds Transfer amount transactions
  • Resolve and report lock box and office cash receipt issues to management
