Job Description:

The role will be to support Integra Connect’s Compliance Department by managing projects and initiatives for the department. This position will manage department-wide operations and provide overall departmental support. This role is critical to the direction and functionality of the Compliance Department.


  • Track, coordinate, and communicate priorities, projects, and tasks to the compliance team
  • Work across and with all business units and departments on behalf of the Compliance Department
  • Oversee policy management system
  • Ensure company policies and SOPs are input and updated on a regular cadence
  • Review and update company policies as assigned
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure their SOPs are approved and included in policy management system
  • Assist in compliance training activities
  • Collaboratively develop compliance training modules as assigned
  • Track compliance training deployment and completion across the company
  • Serve as the Human Resource Department’s primary point of contact regarding compliance training module completion
  • Regularly communicate within the company regarding key compliance topics and issues, including summarizing key legal and regulatory developments for dissemination company-wide
  • Assist in routine compliance auditing and monitoring
  • Oversee compliance audit tracking system
  • Perform audits and reviews as assigned
  • When requested, assist in conduct of compliance investigations
  • Ensure compliance documentation is correct and updated, including inputting and tracking internal inquiries received by Compliance Department utilizing the system within Salesforce
  • Contribute to content development for and facilitate execution of annual Compliance and Ethics week
  • Assist in basic contracts management activities within Salesforce as requested
  • Under direction, review and track contractual provisions related to privacy and data use
  • Monitor business associate agreements (BAAs) within Salesforce
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent organizational/project management skills
  • Familiarity with legal contracts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Salesforce familiarity strongly preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive material and exercise good judgement in such
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance issues strongly preferred and an understanding of key healthcare laws and regulations (HIPAA, fraud and abuse laws) is a plus
